Office Personnel
Executive DirectorDavid W. Peaden II dpeaden@hbawf.com Serves as chief administrative officer, recommends and participates in formulation of new policies and makes decisions within the bounds of existing policies. Plans, organizes, directs and coordinates the staff, programs and activities to ensure the association’s goals and objectives are met. |

Responsible for coordinating the association’s financial management system. Processes accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoicing for all areas of the association in accordance with set guidelines and procedures. Reports and manages membership data for the associations membership database, NAHB and FHBA. Maintains and updates the associations website. Coordinates the Home & Product Expo. |

Coordinates events for the association including Parade of Homes, Showcase of Homes, Golf Tournaments, SAMTRAM (Sales & Marketing Tram), and other association related events. Serves as the staff Liaison for the Auxiliary Council, Custom Builders Council, Green Building Council, and Remodelor’s Council. Assists in organizing Continuing Education courses and membership related meetings and activities.
