Summer Golf Classic Highlights
The HBA Hosted its 2008 Summer Golf Classic on June 12th at Stonebrook Golf Course. It was a fun day filled with excitement and good fortune as the lightening put on a show but did not bring any rain. Members enjoyed a delicious lunch provided by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and received free t-shirts from the Tournament Sponsor Shelter Mortgage. Each player received a ditty bag courtesy of SouthernLINC. When the tournament concluded, members came back to the club house to find hamburgers and hot dogs being cooked by Kent Rental and Custom Mix Concrete staff. The post tournament festivities included door prizes awarded to several members as well as the announcement of first, second and third place winning teams, as well as closest to the pin and longest yard.
